Over 100 years later, and in our Fourth Generation of family owned businesses, the Binder Family still prides itself on first-class customer service and quality products. Looking for Alois J. Binder Bakery? As of September 2018, the doors of the bakery have been shuttered. Family members of Alois J. Binder Bakery told us they hope to reopen their bakery and return to the good old days of delivering fresh French bread to restaurants, hotels and groceries with their large orange and white bread trucks throughout Greater New Orleans. We wish them well and hope they reopen their family tradition they started in the late 1960's.
